Lee Jacobson was born in Racine, Wisconsin on June 24, 1977. He has been a resident of Florida since 1981, growing up in Naples, Florida. In 1995, Mr. Jacobson graduated from Naples High School and moved to Orlando to attend University of Central Florida (UCF).

Mr. Jacobson graduated from UCF in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Legal Studies. While at UCF, Lee was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, holding many positions within that organization. In addition, he was the Vice-President of the UCF trial team. In his senior year, Mr. Jacobson won Best Oral Advocate at a national trial team competition.

Lee chose to attend Stetson College of Law, located in St. Petersburg because of its national recognition as continuously being ranked as one of the best trial attorney preparation schools in the nation. While at Stetson College of Law, he was a class representative in the Student Bar Association. In addition to attending law school, Mr. Jacobson worked both on campus and with the marketing department of the Major League Baseball team the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Also during his time at Stetson, he worked for a large insurance defense firm, Henderson, Franklin, Starnes, Holt & Wright in Ft. Myers, Florida. In 2002, Mr. Jacobson graduated from Stetson College of Law, Cum Laude.

Immediately out of law school, Lee began his career defending insurance companies and insureds for alleged wrongs that they caused. Shortly into his career, Lee began working with the Law Offices of Michael Brehne, P.A. and has been here since January 2003.

Lee now represents injured/wronged clients in many areas of law including but not limited to: Workers' compensation, auto accident related injuries, premises liability, homeowners claims, property damage claims, insurance denials/unfair settlement practices, personal injury protection benefits, negligent security, landlord/tenant actions, consumer protection actions and many more. Lee is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Florida Bar, Phi Delta Phi (National Legal Honors Fraternity), inclusion in Strathmore's WHO'S WHO along with other social and philanthropic organizations. Although early in his career, Lee Jacobson has had a number of rulings involving his cases published in the Florida Law Weekly periodicals.

Lee lives in Casselberry, Florida with his American Bulldog "Meatball" and truly enjoys the handshake, hug or thank you from the many clients that he has been able to help make their injury/wrong less painful.
